MISSION
As the Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager - Japan. You will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies to drive brand growth in the Japanese market, ensuring alignment with EMS's global guidelines and vision.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute localized marketing strategies aligned with global guidelines to drive brand growth.
- Plan and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, CRM, email, social media, display ads) to generate leads and enhance brand awareness.
- Oversee website and social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging brand representation.
- Analyze campaign performance (ROI/KPIs) and optimize user funnels through A/B testing and data-driven improvements.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer experience evaluations to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and distributors on training programs (Swiss Dental Academy) and events.
- Manage campaign schedules and budgets to ensure timely execution.
- Represent the brand at conferences, exhibitions, and training events to enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in sales, direct marketing, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) for digital marketing communication.
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, CRM, email, social media, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Marketo).
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
