Directly reporting to the After Sales Leader – Nordic, the After Sales and Administrative Support Intern will have the following responsibilities:

 

  • The satisfaction of our customers with a good follow up on their requests (file update, delivery etc.)

  • The Swiss Dental Academy provides training programs designed for dental professionals. You will be able to provide a best-in-class experience to our trainees.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

 

After Sales:

  • Receive loan machines (test & clean, fill in report and register arrival).

  • Send loan machines (pack, book transport and register dispatch).

 

Swiss Dental Academy (SDA):

  • Organize internal arrangement and materials for trainings.

  • Booking of appropriate catering.

  • Welcome the guests.

  • Take care of the equipment and rooms

 

Education & Personal skills

 

 

  • You are a student currently pursuing a University degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
  • You have ended your studies and are looking for a first experience 
  • Customer oriented approach required to ensure the quality and efficiency of the service.

  • Proactive with good organizational and time management skills.

  • Experience with training, and support documentation is a plus.

  • Interest in the dental/medical domain.

  • Flexible, good team spirit, positive attitude is a must, solution oriented, good understanding of business needs.

  • Fluent in English.
