MISSION
As the SDA Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager – Japan. You will oversee all EMS assigned seminars and seminar activities of all Sales Reps. aka GBT Experts of Japan to the given seminar and activity target along with management of all the seminar activities within the territory.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee all the seminars and activities in your assigned territory

Organize SDA courses, manage all relevant events of SDA/SDOA course target and activities of all sales reps.

Cooperate with National Sales Manager to provide the best efficiency to achieve to the SDA target

Closely follow up with sales reps’ seminar activities (negotiations, challenge, co-travelling)

Project management for local congresses and support major meetings (e.g. EuroPerio, IDS, ISDH, WDS, Clinical Periodontology etc.) in conjunction with SDA contents

Participate to regional events

Develop and adjust the training courses dedicated to internal sales reps.

Organize relationships and negotiation with assigned SDA trainers

Provide monthly reports on seminars, marketing events, relevant information about markets

Provide information from the market to support internal social media team

Analyze updated company CRM system to improve workflow and marketing campaigns

Liaise with Customer Service and guarantee the follow-up of the administrative tasks linked to Japan area for SDA containers

Cooperate with Logistic team to provide the best accurate seminar schedule for the customers

Lead SDA courses to reach the target and annually increase SDA quantities and quality assessment, work with SDA coordinators to run all SDA courses

Be in touch with Key Accounts and guarantee the follow-up of these accounts linked with sales and After Sales team

Manage the KOL calendar for Swiss Dental Academy (SDA) courses and liaise with the Marketing team and external stakeholders to execute SDA courses across the country

Measure and track effectiveness of KOL and SDA trainers’ development programs
EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 3 years successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Advanced communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Team player, flexible and out of the box thinker
- Proven ability to drive the courses schedule from A-Z
- Excellent in mentoring, coaching and people management skills
