MISSION

 

As the Area Sales Manager - OSAKA, you will report directly to the National Sales Manager - Japan. You will be responsible for visiting client companies, dentists, clinics, etc. and conducting product demonstrations at various exhibitions and supervising all seminars and activities in the territory in charge.

 

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Oversee the customers in his/her given territory: visit dealers and clinics, make demos, show the products, and close the sales along with dealers.
  • Closely follow up of the dealer activities (training, challenge, co- travelling)
  • Define and maintain business relationship with major dental institutions.
  • Participation to the regional events.
  • Develop and adjust the training courses dedicated to the dentists and dental hygienists.
  • Develop and adjust the training courses dedicated to the local dealer sales representatives.
  • Select, organize, and participate to congresses and exhibitions.
  • Relationships and negotiation with local dealers.
  • Provide reports about sales, marketing events, order/tenders, relevant information about markets, clients, competitors on the monthly base.
  • Provide information from the market to support internal social media team.
  • Constantly update company CRM system to improve workflow and marketing campaigns.
  • Cooperate with Marketing team to adjust central marketing projects to the local needs.
  • Cooperate with Technical Service team to provide best possible service for the customers.

 

EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in sales dental industry.
  • Drivers License
