MISSION
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping EMS’s global talent strategy. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment processes, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, and driving initiatives to attract, assess, and hire top talent worldwide.
You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and Senior Leadership to align recruitment efforts with EMS’s business objectives and values.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement effective global talent acquisition strategies that align with EMS’s vision and objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, talent markets, and competitor activities to keep EMS ahead in the talent landscape.
Recruitment Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define job requirements, profiles, and recruitment plans.
- Lead and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally, using social media, talent pools, job boards, and networking.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, advising on talent market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Employer Branding & Projects
- Promote EMS as an employer of choice through various channels and initiatives.
- Drive global projects such as the implementation of new ATS systems, process optimization, and diversity & inclusion programs.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to the HR Director and business leaders.
- Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance recruitment processes, quality of hire, and time-to-fill.
EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global or international environment.
- Proven track record of recruiting for various functions and levels, including hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong knowledge of talent sourcing techniques, interview processes, and employer branding.
- Proficiency with ATS systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in French & English; other languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
- Any other tasks could be assigned based on business needs.
