MISSION
As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting EMS’s commercial development in Türkiye. You will bridge the gap between local sales efforts and marketing execution.This hybrid role involves lead generation, campaign coordination, CRM management, event support, and SDA/GBT course organization. Your ability to proactively engage customers, execute targeted marketing activities, and deliver valuable market insights will help strengthen EMS’s visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance across the region.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & CRM Management
- Manage lead tracking and qualification through CRM tools.
- Execute outbound email and phone campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
- Gather market intelligence and create needs assessment reports to support sales.
Marketing Coordination
- Plan and implement local marketing campaigns aligned with regional objectives.
- Create and manage digital and print marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.).
- Oversee brand consistency across online and offline communications.
- Sales Support & Customer Interaction
- Assist the sales team with customer research, lead insights, and sales presentations.
- Support product visibility through events, promotions, and awareness initiatives.
- Actively pre-qualify prospects and contribute to the local sales funnel.
Event & SDA Coordination
- Coordinate SDA/GBT courses and certification processes at local level.
- Organize workshops, congresses, and promotional events in collaboration with the sales team.
- Serve as the local SDA coordinator and support logistics for training activities.
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Track campaign performance and key KPIs; report findings to management.
- Monitor competitor activity and customer feedback to refine local strategy.
EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing and/or sales coordination, ideally in the dental or medical device industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing, and lead management tools.
- Fluency in Turkish and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with social media platforms and marketing software is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable in a virtual and fast-paced work environment.
