Mission

 

As a Sales Representative for our Dental Business Unit your main missions will be to:

 

  • Introduce GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) Protocol and use of GBT equipment to dental offices
  • Visit the dentists, make demos, show the products, and drive sales with local and national dealers.
  • Closely follow up of the dealer activities (training, challenge, co-travelling);
  • Participate to the regional events, congresses, and exhibitions.
  • Responsible for organizing GBT courses for dentists in his designated area.
  • Responsible for the implementation and adoption of GBT certification program in his designated area.
  • Provide reports about sales, marketing events, orders/tenders, relevant information about markets, clients, competitors.
  • Constantly update company CRM system to improve workflow and marketing campaigns.
  • Cooperate with Customer Care team to provide best possible for the customers. 

 

Education & Personal skills

 

Sales Representative

  • High School degree or higher education
  • At least 2 years successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager in dental sector, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Great communication skills 
  • Driver’s License

 

Dental Hygienist/Therapist

  • BSc / Diploma in Dental Hygiene or equivalent
  • 2 years clinical expertise in dental hygiene
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Already working with manufacturers in a KOL function or experience in teaching preferred
  • Great communication skills
  • Driver’s License
